ARRIVED ON TIME AS PROMISED, JOB COMPLETELY AND THOROUGHLY WELL DONE AT A FAIR PRICE. The F & F technician arrived at my home precisely on time, as promised in the afternoon, even though the appointment was made that same morning. Expectation met and exceeded! I called expecting to get an appointment in the next few weeks. I was pleasantly suprised. I got an appointment same day. Randy was very nice, professional and thorough. I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. Price was also exactly as I expected based on my conversation via phone. I'll be using F & F from now on.....even if my apartment doesn't like it. ;-). Thanks Randy!

Service, quality of service definately deserves FIVE STARS!! We have been living in this hime for 3 years and had toed with the idea of having the carpet removed and replaced with a faux flooring because of all the dark ugly stains that would not go away even with different carpet cleaning companies.
