I have a Volkswagen Passat and i was looking for parts to replace my a/c compressor. Greg was a huge help in helping me identify the correct parts and getting me checked out and shipped before you could say "bob's you uncle". i will definitely come back to discount ac parts for any other parts i need to purchase.

This site has the BEST customer service! You literally speak to real agents when you call. Every time I called concerning this order I spoke to Dan. He was soooo helpful! I ordered the wrong version of compressor for my vehicle and was clueless about returns because I've never done it. Dan answered all of my questions both by phone and email and liased with me until my new part was on its way! I give discountacparts and Dan a perfect score!!

I just ordered my a/c parts. Salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely informative offering me tips once I take the parts to have them installed. Pricing was excellent. Can't say yet if the parts are going to work as planned But the sales experience was great. Would recommend using this site.
