Product, company responsiveness and delivery speed were all first class. Price was very competitive. However, I am no fan of UPS as a carrier. I routinely receive shipments from the U.S. via USPS with absolutely no additional charges. When I get shipments via UPS I am hit at the door with brokerage fees and taxes. In this case I had to pay an additional $70 over and above the shipping charges I paid to Discount AC Parts. Needless to say the company's decision to use UPS exclusively is a disincentive for future transactions.

I called about sending parts back that I no longer needed. Cole helped me through the return procedure in a very timely manner. I was going to install the new parts Sunday afternoon, but Saturday the car was in an acident and totaled. I explained this to Cole and he even asked if evryone was ok. I've been looking everywhere for a compressor for my infiniti Q45 without any luck. These guys had it and for a great price. I got a brand new OEM compressor and Sergio was a great help in doing so. I will definitely come back in if need more parts.
