It was a pleasure yesterday buying my parts from your company. Toby who was my Sales Rep was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly & understanding. I know there a hundreds of online auto parts companies & I have tried a few of them. But this company stands high & tall above the rest. I spoke with Cole at Discount AC Parts when I received an e-mail stating there may be an issue with my purchase. When I called to clear the issue, he mentioned he wanted to ensure that the card we used pay was not fraudulent or at risk since the billing and shipping address differed. Cole was very prompt and mentioned that the AC part would be expedited as we are both based out of CA. His professionalism and "can do" attitude was very much appreciated!
