Extremely satisfied with the entire process of purchasing from Discount A/C Parts. The staff were knowledgeable, and very easy to work with despite me making it a little difficult. Based solely on the fact that I could not use the "extra" part you provided, and not wanting to discard the part due to my personal concern to protect the environment, I returned the extra" part (60-30451)at my own expense without any expectations of reimbursement for the return shipping. I appreciate that you provided the "extra" part in the event I needed it at the time of installation, HOWEVER; I wished you would provide a self-addressed, postage pre-paid for the return of the unused part.
