Parts didn’t fit as stated, won’t take parts back after 14 days and they took 10 of those days to get delivered
I purchased an ac compressor for my truck. After purchasing it I had a question about the product. I emailed them, never responded. I called them. No one answered. Shipping time is terrible. Regret buying from them. I do not recommend them.
I order an AC Compressor for my 2010 BMW X5 x30iDrive...... I originally ordered a unit that would fit a 6-groove pulley, they sent me a unit that would only fit a 4 groove pulley. Obviously would throw off my timing for the BMW and it would not work. I emailed, called, everything on several occasions to get the correct part. NOTHING. Not a thing back. It is always discouraging when you order a rebuilt part for a vintage car and after you install, you find out it doesn't work. I am not sure how long this compressor was sitting in their warehouse however, by looking at the box it was shipped in, I can assume it was a very long time.
This is n ot the right parts.
The website on eBay showed a 5 piece kit for $193.77. I received two pieces, a compressor and an accumulator only. I talked with a representative and was told that I had ordered a 2 piece kit. I said I still needed the other parts, a fixed orifice, o-rings and compressor oil. The representative said I could return the compressor and accumulator and order a 5 piece kit for $202.41. Didn't receive full order
first, they sent a receiver drier which my truck doesn't have then they sent a dessicant bag that didn't fit. Luckily my only issue was a bad compressor seal so I reused my desiccant bag after unsuccessfully trying to install their bag which was too fat to fit. Now it's blowing 42 degrees again. No thanks to discount AC parts.
