Placed order, was charge on credit card. A cople days later received an email that something went wrong and we tried to contact you. Refund to your card in 3 to 5 business days. No message or voice mail. I do see an unrecognized number called me but there was no voicemail. And why can the charge you immediately but you have to wait for the refund. Annoying. Will not be trying to reorder through this company.
The part did not fit our 2001 Dodge Neon. They only allow 14 days for return, but the item took 10 days to arrive. Now, I'm trying to get a refund, and they say it's too late Myron
I need the full delivery by Monday or Tuesday, 8/26/24 or 8/27/24 to have for my appointment to have the repairs done.
The website is showing two different prices for some part number, when talking to a rep I get a different price,
Ordered an ac compressor that their website said was in stock. Part arrived and it was incorrect part. Called customer service immediately. Rep confirmed I was shipped the incorrect part but that the part I ordered was a compressor w/o clutch. Informed the rep that I merely clicked on the add to cart link for the correct part (compressor w clutch). REIMBURSED WITH CONFIDENCE
Took the new parts to my repair shop and they wanted me to open them in front of them to jointly inspect them as there was considerably packaging damage. Inspection did not indicate any significant part damage, so I signed off on installation. I'll update the review after installation.
