The website is showing two different prices for some part number, when talking to a rep I get a different price,
Ordered an ac compressor that their website said was in stock. Part arrived and it was incorrect part. Called customer service immediately. Rep confirmed I was shipped the incorrect part but that the part I ordered was a compressor w/o clutch. Informed the rep that I merely clicked on the add to cart link for the correct part (compressor w clutch). REIMBURSED WITH CONFIDENCE
Took the new parts to my repair shop and they wanted me to open them in front of them to jointly inspect them as there was considerably packaging damage. Inspection did not indicate any significant part damage, so I signed off on installation. I'll update the review after installation.
Ordered on Friday and paid for 2nd day shipping, it's now Monday night and not yet shipped guess I'm moving my Wednesday service appointment to Thursday or Friday, no AC till then ****
A/C unit was defective. Had to go to a auto parts store and buy a new one. Will not recommend anyone buying from you!

And then charge $61.41 for the part plus free shipping and then charge an additional $87.82 not fair.l hope is gets squared or get my additional $87.82 refund.
Kept trying to upsell me and the cheaper part was hard to find
