Hi, I made an order for an air condition compressor, I recieved it in a couple of days. I am very satisified with the service. Great job, The order came quickly to my door. Had an issue with the accumulator flange to hose connection which customer service immeadiately tracked down and resolved. Two days later part showed up and fit perfectly. No additional cost to me. They didn't even want original sent back.

My name is Tony. I recently purchsed an air compressor kit from a very knowledgable, friendly and accomodating young man by the name of Brad in your organization. He could not possibly have done more for me. He understood what I needed, said he would ship it that day and he did just what he said he'd do. My very badly needed material (I have COPD) which i need to breathe comfortably arrived as promised and WAS exactly what I needed. I could not recommend your company more highly.

The ordering process was very quick and painless and it shipped the same day. Only 2 things went wrong and only one involved the company. When my mechanic (certified SAAB guy) went to install the a/c compressor, he put it all together and it leaked. Once he uninstalled & compared- he saw that the mounting bolt was a good ¼" too long so it would not pull tight enough to seal. I would like to say what great help Discount AC Parts are. I specifically would like to praise the help from Jonathan who provided great customer service and knowledge on my car's issue. He was the one that informed me about Honda CRVs "black death" and pointed me to research it (07/27/11) more before purchasing the AC parts I needed.
