I first ordered my A/C from another website but it was not the correct A/C! Their price is at least 20% cheaper than auto-zone! i changed all other parts such as condenser, extension valve and receiver/dryer so hopefully i won't have any problem later on! shipping was arrived at the same day i expected!

I called to get help and Tony (I think it was Tony??) was great. He took the time to be sure I had the right AC for my '03 Hyundai. Shipped right to my mechanic, who is now using Discount AC Parts as well. I work for a service company and know what customer service is...and Tony gave me first rate service...thank you Tony. The Ac unit arrived the next day! Way to go!!

Extremely impressive is about all to say. Order was shipped same day I placed it and arrived exactly on time in perfect condition. The best part was I got OEM equipment at a lower price from them than aftermarket stuff was available locally and got free shipping to boot. I'll gladly recommend them to anyone needing parts as the prices are unbeatable and the quality of service was excellent.

Thought the pricing was too good to be true so I called_rather than order on line. Person on the phone was very helpful. Ordered with overnight delivery. Parts arrived as promised and are working very well.Time will tell . . .So far so good!!!

Fantastic experience with Discount AC Parts. Their rep (Bill) helped me replace a failed compressor on my Toyota Sienna and got it shipped the same day!! It was more than 60% less than the dealer quoted me for the same part. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Purchased an AC Compressor kit for a Toyota Sienna minivan-exactly what we needed, and saved HUGE money over what the dealership was going to charge us. Fast transaction, good communication. Just wish they had an option for expedited shipping, as I had to wait a whole extra week in 100 degree temps with no AC.

My experance was great. The sales tech. knew and understood my concerns he assured me that the parts were indeed the correct and exact replacements. The shipment arrived when I was told it would and I found the parts as the sales tech said complete and exactly what was expected. The prompt arrival of the parts is extremily important to me they arrived when Discount AC Parts said they would. I will use Discount AC Parts again.
