Fast transaction, good communication. Just wish they had an option for expedited shipping, as I had to wait a whole extra week in 100 degree temps with no AC.

My experance was great. The sales tech. knew and understood my concerns he assured me that the parts were indeed the correct and exact replacements. The shipment arrived when I was told it would and I found the parts as the sales tech said complete and exactly what was expected. The prompt arrival of the parts is extremily important to me they arrived when Discount AC Parts said they would. I will use Discount AC Parts again.
The sales people were very courteous and helpful. They helped me to get the parts I needed to repair my car. The only possible suggestion would be for them to offer the appropriate "O rings" to complete a professional installation. One "O ring" came with the receiver/dryer (two needed) and none came with the compressor. Thanks for the help. Hugh Richmond.
Overall, my purchase from Discount AC parts was good. I purchased a complete package for my Saab and everything fit as it should have. They sent me an overabundance of O-rings, but I found several did not match what was sent. Fortunatly, I had my own stock of AC 0-rings that I was able to dig through and find what I needed. Also, it was advertised that they did not send their compressors filled with oil, however the one I received had 150ml of oil in it. So be sure to check no matter what ! The AC parts where the right ones sent, and fit perfect.However the A/C expansion Device was defective so we got a new one in its place.Sometimes even new parts are bad,I will shop again at Discount Ac parts in the future as needed, and recommend it to others.I save hundreds of dollars by using them.My A/C works fine now and is blowing cold air like it was brand new.Thank You

Brilliant! Shipping was very fast. Product was packaged well, all parts fit perfectly and I was only without my A/C for 4 days..... I highly recommend Discount AC Parts to anyone needing the products they carry...... if I need AC parts again, I know where I'll get them.
Brad was super helpful on my order, but when parts came in mymechanic found the culprit. Had a hole in the condenser line! Called Brad and he got a condenser on the way. Asked if I was able to send the ac compressor kit back and Yes I could! Brad was extremely helpful and professional! I would use them again and tell others about them!!!! Got condenser installed, cold air again!! Wife is happy, might get lucky now!Thanks Brad for all your help!!!
