After researching several suppliers I found the best deal at Discount AC Parts and they ship free. Paid extra for next day morning delivery before noon and when no package showed up I called to find out that their shipper (outside vendor) will deliver my package before 2 pm. Went to the shippers web site and they offer delivery before noon for one price and before 2 pm delivery in my area for another price. You can call it a misunderstanding.
