The Customer Service Department was very helpful when the part I had ordered stopped working. They made themselves available for me to call with any problems or questions and expedited the return shipping of a replacement part so that I wouldn't have to wait longer without a working part.

I was told by my mechanic to look at this web site and having worked in the automotive service industry prior to this I was like,"I know how expensive this stuff is and we dont have enough to do the whole system,so; agianst all the rules we'll just by a compressor and hope for the best."I was shocked at how affordable a NEW compressor was! Discount AC Parts is THE place to buy. Excellent customer service. I spoke with Marshall. He made sure my compressor was the right one for my vehicle (convertibe, turbo) and that the price was right. I am very pleased with my purchase. I ordered a re-manufactured a/c unit, but I wanted it next day. They called me to let me know that they didn't keep those in stock, but they gave me a deal on a brand new one since they didn't have the one I wanted! I thought that was exceptional custom service! I would definitely use them again!

Awesome! Had problems with the compressor that I bought but Eric was great to talk with. He will be helping us out and helping us get replacement!
