UPDATE and Updated again! There has been some ID clarification since I went to three stars; so I am going to FOUR! They are backing their words!: Even though I went through "hours of documentation" getting a Refund of my FULL purchase price and ALL shipping charges; I respect the fact that Discount had enough courage to "own" up and continue to reason.
