I just finished ordering an OEM A/C Compressor and Clutch with full install kit from Eric at DiscountACParts.com. Very helpful and knowledgeable about my car and what it would take to get the new compressor installed. I’m glad I called him or I would have been stumbling all over myself (and paying waaaay too much) trying to ensure I got the right parts for my 2005 Ford Five Hundred SEL. What a wonderful experience and the price was incredible. I received a new part for my vehicle that was 1/3 less than auto parts stores in my local area and free shipping. I was skeptical to be sure. Always am - but took a chance. Bought the complete kit offered to get the A/C on a 96 Jetta up and running again. Everything went well. Order, parts etc.. Got it installed and it's working well.

Only complaint was mistake in billing resulted in my parts being held up. Required me calling California a second time to straighten out their mistake. Customer service person I worked with was excellent. He explained that the billing department had my address as California instead of Tennessee. Once that was straight, things went well.
