Bought an a/c compressor from discount ac part.com and the customer service was excellent! However, there was a mis-communication and the part did not fit. Eric - (the manager) did an excellent job of refunding the funds and getting the correct part. Overall, the service was very good.

I recently purchased an AC Compressor from discount AC parts. I was very happy with the service I received. The part originally ordered would have take a while longer for delivery. The CSR I spoke with was able to find a replacement part and have it shipped to me a lot faster. I was impressed with his knowledge of the parts being sold and his ability to take care of my needs rather quickly.

The parts ordered from Discount AC Parts were priced very competitively. An additional discount was added for buying a kit containing several parts (all needed). There was no charge for ground shipping. The order arrived on that date specified on the tracking system. The parts arrived in good condition.
