Third time I used your AC Complete kits, Both Carlos and Henry were very helpful in getting the right parts shipped out to me. Your kits are complete and are of high quality. In most cases your complete kit is the same or even less then what others wanted to charge for just the compressor alone. I have never had any issues or comebacks. I highly recommend your co. The A/C compressor and clutch fit and was mounted as it was intended. The expedition runs well. I still probably need to get another part, the oval filter between the cooling exchange and the inside condenser. thank you for the quick turn around.

I selected overnight delivery, and from San Diego to Orlando, the parts arrived by 9:30 a.m. the next day. Worth every penny of $40 shipping. Great value relative to other suppliers for A/C compressor and installation kit. Phone service very helpful in ensuring that I had all necessary parts to install w/ full warranty. I recommend highly.

It is too early to actually give you an overall rate of the product quality at long term because I just installed my new compressor on my RX-8 3 days ago. However, I can say that, so far, I am satisfied with my purchase. There were no problems with the A/C compressor fitting and it was shipped in new-like conditions and there were no sings of any damage on the piece. Below is my original review. Since that time, Eric from DiscountACParts has been in near constant contact with me. He cleared up the billing errors, and offered me a discount on any future purchase, even when I assured him that wasn't necessary. Before I got back to him, the parts failed. When he called again, I let him know. He proceeded to refund my entire purchase amount, apologized profusely, sent a shipping label to return the parts, and could not have been nicer. I have not found many online stores that bring it all together the way that DiscountACParts does. I ordered and received my compressor kit in 3 days. Received the kit and everything worked like a dream. I am not a mechanic by any means, but by using the online videos and instructionals, I got the job done. Went a whole lot smoother than expected.
