Parts shipped quickly and accurately. Very pleased with quality. The discount system failed to work though- the advertised instant discount on the air conditioning package of $20 did not work at check-out so had to pay $345 versus $325. Discount AC got back to me yesterday and made the deal good! John H.

Bought an a/c compressor from discount ac part.com and the customer service was excellent! However, there was a mis-communication and the part did not fit. Eric - (the manager) did an excellent job of refunding the funds and getting the correct part. Overall, the service was very good.
