I ordered a refurnished A/C compressor online. Later they called and informed me that the very model I ordered was out of stock. Then they suggested another one with a little higher price. I re-ordered the other one. The shipping was fast, product works fine.

Getting information from web site was very easy and ordering through your sales rep Jeff who was extremely informative and pleasant on the phone.
