Getting information from web site was very easy and ordering through your sales rep Jeff who was extremely informative and pleasant on the phone. I purchased a complete ac system from this place in October of 2010. I had lost my job just days after receiving the item so it sat in the box until reacently. This A/C system worked for less than 2 months then died. I spoke with a representative (Eric)and because of the extenuating circumstances, they honoured the warrante and sent me another kit. Thanks guys.
