Thankfully our order was shipped in a very timely manner. Our son was home from college for a short time over the Holidays. The A/C compressor on his car locked up and had to be replaced. We were able to order it, receive it, and have it installed before he his return trip to campus. He said that the defroster works very well now. Now I don't have to worry about his windows being too frosty this winter.

I ordered a refurnished A/C compressor online. Later they called and informed me that the very model I ordered was out of stock. Then they suggested another one with a little higher price. I re-ordered the other one. The shipping was fast, product works fine.
