"Great sales, great service center to..." Bought my CX5 at Capistrano Mazda and rated the sales experience 5 stars. My same experience with service. I had a couple after purchase items to take care of...easy to arrange service, excellent loaner car made available, and service was completed as promised, when promised.

"Good and fast service" I like the fact that Mazda provide an Uber service back and forth so you Can wait in your own house or go back to your work

"Best Mazda dealership in Orange County!" This dealership has really worked with me and my resources. The minute you walk into the the lobby, you feel a relaxed and happy atmosphere quite different than the Ford and Lexus dealerships I visited. This is the second Mazda that I got at Capistrano Mazda. "Fantastic dealership - FAR exceeding expectations" Mazda is not known as a luxury brand, per se, but my experience here was as good as many of the luxury/ultra luxury dealerships I've worked with over the previous 20 years or so (Volvo, Mercedes, Infiniti, Cadillac, Porsche, Audi). "Amazing" I went into Mazda with my car being serviced, straight away I was being taken care of and felt like my car was in super safe hands. Fredy Campos took my car and I explained what was going on.. not even 2 hours later he had it all fixed and done. Super impressed with this dealership and the help I received from Freddy.

"Much better than I anticipated; and my bar was really high" We basically purchased the car via email as we were traveling a long distance (over 200 miles). Diego Blakely was one of the most patient salesman I had ever met. What sold me on Diego was a semi professional video that he sent me of the car we were interested in. "Outstanding sales rep and dealership" In my lifetime I have purchased or leased over 40 cars. Every other year I am on the market for a car for me and my spouse. By far this sales rep and dealership were the best experience I ever had. They listened to me, got me the vehicle I wanted and provided a very reasonable price for the car.
