"Miata Maintenance" As always, the staff is friendly and fantastic. Fredy Campos showed me how to use my new Car Play. I didn't even have to ask. I have not had anything but pleasant and efficient experiences here. Highly recommended.

"Exceptional Service!" Capistrano Mazda was great, but what made the experience so exceptional was Forouz. She was knowledgeable, thorough and very caring. We only had to tell her our names once and she did not press any additional sales on us. To put the cherry on top she treated us like family! My husband and I came in with our rambunctious 5 year old on a very rainy Saturday. Forouz setup our son with cartoons and snacks, while we navigated the paperwork. Thank you Forouz!!

"Great Service!" I have been bringing our Mazda’s here for service ever since they opened up. I always request Fredy Campos because he takes such good care of our cars. He makes sure to keep us informed every step of the way. Plus he is so knowledgeable!

"Took great care of my car" Alex was very helpful. From the confirmation call before the appointment through pickup, she kept me informed of what was happening, and even set me up with a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait for the Uber/Lyft to arrive.

"Exceptional!" I am a new CPO car owner at Capistrano Mazda since August 2018. I owned a Mazda previously that was purchased through another dealer, The personalized treatment I receive from Capo Mazda is top-notch! I have been assisted by Cyrena since October for all of my service needs, and her level of service is exceptional! "Great but expensive" Fredy is the man, super professional and friendly. It’s just unfortunate that an oil change / tire rotation costs almost 90$. The parts and labor cost doesn’t add up. In reality this should cost about 65$ for a fair price. They say that they “Throw in a tire rotation for free” but speaking from experience, all it takes is about 5 min to do and should always be free of charge. The real reason to go here is the convenience and courtesy vehicles.
