"easy breezy" Thank you to Fredy in the Service Department for making it all so simple. He is courteous and quick and ready when he sees us. Only thing I wish the service department can do is reserve loaner cars within the hour of service arrival or time promised to bring car in for maintenance. Especially since I cannot arrive at the service to leave my car overnight until 5pm. Overall the experience is great. New center is beautiful too!

"service is great!" I had a coolant leak and called the dealer. They got me right in, gave me an assessment of work needing to be done. New radiator was ordered and installed within four days! They gave me a loaner CX-5 during the four days. They are very service oriented and professional! Nice showroom too with comfort for the waiting room guests.

"Exceptional Service with a Smile" The service team at Capistrano Mazda is really great!!! Fredy Campos is top notch. Always goes out of his way to make the experience painless, fun and exceptional.
