"Great !! " Thanks to Alex she went above and beyond, vehicle when in for warranty, then she mentioned tires need it to be replace. Since I had bought 1 tire about a month ago at the dealer, she honor that and bought the other 3 for the price of 2 because they had the promotion buy 4 pay for 3. That was awesome!!! Thanks Alex

"Helpful and understanding staff. Service was quick!" I had been trying to schedule this service for months, and through my numerous cancellations, the staff was extremely helpful in rescheduling into my tight calendar. "Routine maintenance" Service at Capistrano Mazda is awesome. Everyone is so friendly. The new facility is very nice. Most importantly I have never had any issues with the work done on my cars (we have 2 Mazdas). Repairs are explained in terms I can understand. I have never felt like I paid for unnecessary repairs or over-paid. I will continue to buy Mazdas because I really like them but mostly because I found a servicing team that I can trust! You guys are the best.

"Friendly and helpful" I needed my heater and drivers seat fixed on my pre owned certified car. I was given a nice loaner car while my car was being fixed and it was covered under my warranty. I was kept up to date on when my car would be completed.

"Better than awesome " Honestly wouldn’t go to any other Mazda dealer. Capistrano Mazda and Cyrena from start to finish were amazing and to even top it off they let me have a brand new Mazda 6 turbo to drive while my Mazda 6 was in for repairs! Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone
