"Best Customer Service " Everyone went above and beyond. Completely impressed but every interaction and all the kindness. Cyrene was my Service Advisor, she was incredibly helpful and great at communicating. Will definitely make this my home service department.

"So friendly and made my service visit enjoyable" I dropped off my car an hour later than I had scheduled and was taken care of immediately. I only had to wait a little over an hour.

"Amazing" I purchased my lease car because I was worried that I might exceed my 30k mileage since I have been visiting my aunt and uncle which lives far from me. I went to Mazda’s office, asked for options and got a very good deal with the help of Marcin and Paul. Now I’m enjoying my car with unlimited mileage! Thank you!

"Used Car Purchase" I liked that I was encouraged to take a long test drive. I like that you identified a defect in the vehicle (infotainment screen) and agreed to fix prior to delivery - gave me confidence that you did a throrough inspection of this used vehicle prior to putting it up for sale. Appreciate tone of sales team - helpful without pressure.

"Good people - mixed feelings on the experience. " Diego was incredible. He deserves 5 stars on his own. He's patient, informative, and clearly cares about his customers and worked very hard to get us the car we wanted at the right price. We would buy a car from HIM again, anytime. The finance guys were great - explained everything, took their time with us, very jovial and friendly. Unfortunately the delivery experience is where things went south. "Thoughtful, informative, and a team approach" Really enjoyed my experience. Rick was a great advocate and really helped the process to find the correct care at the right price. The only feedback I have was the tech platform Rick was attempting to use didn't really have the correct information loading. This seemed to be a tech issue and not Rick's fault. Rick made up for any technical difficulties with his own expertise.
