"Ethical Dealership" This is a friendly and competent dealership and a bright spot for Mazda. AJ and Forouz and all the employees are knowledgable and customer oriented. This is my second car purchase from Capo (CX-9) and they are great.

"Forouz is a delight to work with. " Forouz helped me get into my new cx-5. Was not pushy whatsoever, respected what I was looking for and got me to where I needed to be. All in all I look forward to doing it again in three years.

"Awesome" Great Service Dept - You always feel pleasant walking through the doors. My rep Cyerena is great she is very understanding when I try to explain situations. I will come in for something and get the car checked out. Knowing that I'm leaving with a service car completed. I used to live in SJC I now drive up from Fallbrook to get my service done. I trust this dealership with my Mazda 2013 CX-5 Grand Touring.

"Staff are very good" They have very good customer service. My sales agent guided me all the way through the process. Very friendly, knowledgeable and she is just awesome.

"Wonderful Customer Service!! " Saw the car online and when I called to let them know I was on my way to look at the car, they put a sold sticker in the window and when I asked if it was Sold, my sales gal smiled and said it’s yours!! That meant a lot to me. In the past when my mom was looking for a preowned vehicle we would let the dealer know we were on our way and when we got there, the car was sold! My experience at Capistrano Mazda was excellent! Great customer service!! Great connection with our sales gal!!

"Forouz Mohisefat is Terrrifc!" My wife and I brought our son in to purchase a new car. Forouz Mohisefat made the whole process from start to finish very pleasant. "Easy Easy Easy!" I shopped pretty hard for the right car at the best value. This dealership had the best deals (by far). Our salesperson was really nice, not overbearing, and very willing to hold our hands through the entire transaction. And the transaction was quick and straightforward
