Capistrano Mazda is certainly a five-star dealership. Everyone is kind and warm, treat you with respect and certainly care about your specific needs, without trying to upsell you. Special kudos for my saleswoman, Forouz Mohisefat, who was amazing, punctual, and respectful of my choices and allowed my wife and I to talk things through carefully, no pressure. I really had an awesome shopping experience with her and the whole dealership, not to mention I absolutely love my new Mazda 3!

So easy to make an appointment or I just text her to ask a question. She responds quickly and answers my questions. When I pull up she is right out the door ready to check me in. Even though I don’t see the service person I have never had any problems with their work. Best part it’s easy and no hassles !!
