"Ben (and Russell) did a tremendous job sorting-out what ended-up being a part only the MFR could provide do to a number of changes since the vehicle was built in 2002. The remainder of the parts of the order were spot-on. The return process of the single part to be returned has been easy. Nice job guys!! SLG"

"The rebuilt steering box for my 1961 F-250 arrived quickly and in perfect shape.Bolted right in,my steering is like new.The packaging was excellent & made it easy to put the core in for return.The prepaid return label was somehow omitted from the original order,Austin in customer service easily added it in making return easy."
