"Ben provided excellent customer service! The part I received for my 1986 Nissan truck did not match the part I needed to replace. Ben helped figure out that the manufacture date of the part was a year older than the truck and was able to get me the right part. After talking to Ben only one time about my issue, I only wanted to deal with him. The level of support from Ben and all the other buyautoparts representatives was above reproach. "My favorite experience with this company was the excellent customer service I received from Aaron a customer service rep. I ordered the wrong headlights for my car and called for instruction. Aaron had me do a little research on the car so he could send out the right part. I called the next day with the info and was able to be transferred back to him.
