"I ordered this part on December 11, 2013 and it was delivered in time for Christmas. We put the part on the car and it works great. Today I called to get information on the core fee and spoke to Russell and Russell was very helpful and assisted me in the process of returning the core to Best Auto Parts as he said he will be sending me a free shipping label to take the core to a UPS. Customer service is very important and I think Russell went above and beyond the call of duty."
