"I've never experienced this high level of service with any vendor I have dealt with in the past. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and friendly, but they worked with me to the nth degree to solve my problems with a difficult to find custom-built part. I was amazed at the speed with which my part was built, shipped, and delivered. They total time passed from the time I ordered was five days including a weekend. "I ordered an alternator for my 04 Volvo S40. Buy Auto Parts was by far the easiest site I tried, had the most options and the best price. None of the other sites referenced the OEM part number...but BuyAutoParts.com did, so I was able to confirm that the part was an exact match. Customer service was also very helpful and courteous (I spoke w/ Felipe). The part shipped out on the same day I ordered it and I had it the next day. I would highly recommend them!"
