"I needed a MAF sensor for my 2003 Nissan Xterra and this place had the best price on an original replacement part. Usually when the price is that good the service is often times not. But let me stress that this was totally not the case. In fact, quite the contrary. I received prompt, friendly service from an employee named Stewart. I had a couple of questions I needed reassurance about and there was no question he was knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would use them again when the time comes."

"I ordered the wrong AC Compressor for my Mazdaspeed3 (my own dumb fault) and called Discount AC/Buy Auto Parts to figure out how to return the wrong part and order the correct one. The customer service rep (Toby) brought up the old order, waived the re-stocking fee, and sent a shipping label to minimize the cost of shipping the old part back to them. "This was our first venture in purchasing auto parts online. The purchase wasn't for a minor fix - it was an entire A/C Compressor Kit. As things turned out - we sold the car before we could utilize the parts. We were concerned about being hassled about returning the kit but were pleasantly surprised at how accommodating Cole was when we explained our dilemma.
