"I have had a great experience with Buy Auto Parts. I like the fact that I can talk to a representative and go through questions I have. My most recent contact was with Russell who gave me great customer service."
"Thanks to Cole for his customer assistance, i was able to receive some help on my purchase that needed return due to me ordering the wrong part."
"Great customer service and knowledge employees. Would definetly shop here again "
"James was very courteous and worked hard to make me happy, and went above and beyond normal expectations. The product wasn't what I expected and James gave me a full refund and didn't charge a restocking fee. If this is a reflection of the company then they must really want the customer to be satisfied. I would definately order from them again. Monte "
