"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I don't write reviews very often but felt like I should with this wonderful experience. Especially when good customer service is very difficult to find anymore. I made an online purchase of a remanufactured turbo for my truck. I received an email stating there was a problem with my order and to call Buy Auto Part. I was told they didn't have any remanufactured turbos in stock so the will be giving me a BRAND NEW one AT THE SAME PRICE!! A new one was about $500 more. Now that's customer service. ... read more
