"Original part I ordered came very quickly and I loved the free shipping. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part and had to order a new one. I called in to make sure of a quick delivery and spoke with Russell. He assured me that my part would be delivered on time as promised and helped me to return the part I ordered in error.
