"I ordered my remanufactured alternator for my Kia Sportage from BuyAutoParts because it seemed like the most trustworthy of the retailers I had found. The part came within the expected delivery window and it worked just fine. I had a few questions about my order, so I emailed their customer support address and was given prompt and satisfactory service by Danielle, who seemed happy to answer my questions. I will most likely use the site and buy again for my old Kia and recommend to my friends and coworkers."

"Dear Buy Auto Parts, I had a phone conversation with Dan P. 3/22/'15. I was scared to call, because my purchase had been so long ago, even though I had not opened the shipping box.
