"Erything was OK, Ken was very polite and kind. Article arrived in time. I just waited for the mechanic to repair my car. Its OK. Thanks!"
"I bought 2 wheel bearings, and about 7 months later I heard a familiar noise of the wheel bearing failing. I called Buyautoparts.com and was not expecting to get a new part for free under warranty. But that is exactly what I got. Within 10 minuets the customer service rep had put in an order for a new wheel bearing at no cost to me. I would highly recommend buying from them "
"Service was excellant. Called the order in and CS was very helpful. I own a camry made in Japan. They know the difference. Order was shipped in a timely manner and packed well. The radiator fit PERFECTLY!. They even supplied the 4 nuts needed for the a/c condenser grill. A radiator cap wasn't included..no big deal. The original cap worked. Would do business with this company again. "
"I have to say I got prompt and great customer service I was off the phone within 10 min or less including hold time while I waited for an agent. I would definitely recommend!!"

"GREAT BUY AND WILL BUY MORE. HAVE BROUGHT SIX UNITS UP TO THIS TIME. ONLY PROBLEM IS PACKAGING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED TO STOP TURBO FROM MOVING IN CARTON AS THE WASTE GATE ARM ON THE SHAFT HAS BEEN BENT ON THREE UNITS DUE TO FREIGHT COMPANY'S [AIRLINE'S + UPS] HANDLING THEM."
"THANK YOU FOR HAVING A REMANUFACTURED RADIO AND NAVIGATION SYSTEM AT A GREAT PRICE! I WOULD CONTINUE TO NOT HAVE MUSIC AND NAVIGATION IN MY 2002 S CLASS WITHOUT YOUR QUALITY RADIO/NAVIGATION UNIT, AT A PRICE THAT I COULD AFFORD. THERE ARE SO MANY RADIO / NAVIGATION SYSTEMS WITHOUT WARRANTIES AND NO TESTING DONE BY SELLERS. THANK YOU, I WILL BUY FROM YOU AGAIN TRUSTED SELLER! "
