"I ordered an AC Compressor and received it within a week of order date. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part and as it turns out did not need the compressor. I called them on 8/10 to return the item for a refund and spoke with Arrion who was very helpful with the process and I don't expect to encounter any problems."

"I just order an alternator from BuyAutoParts on August 6th and by the 8th it was delivered to my step door I am very please with their fast delivery, I had to return such item back due to ordering the wrong part model and I called to the customer service 1-800 number and spoke with Ed who was extremely helpful in helping me with handling the return merchandise, I will definitely continue ordering parts from BuyAutoParts and recommend it. "

"This order arrived as scheduled, but I hoped it would be a bit earlier based on other experiences. I think it was trucked cross-country when I hoped it would fly. But maybe that's just me--overall a positive experience so far. Correct parts shipped, car now runs better than it has for months. If it curls up in a ball anytime soon, I'll be back to let the world know."
