"I ordered parts with Scott and he was great ! Made everything simple and easy . Definitely coming back here for more parts !"
"Placed order Friday received Monday, went to mechanic Tuesday and everything is great! I will order from them again when I need a part. Fast and reasonable! Exact fit!"
"These guys are great. They speak English and speak it well because they are in America, unlike most other call centers where you can't understand anyone. I called to make sure I was looking at the right part online. I ended up placing the order over the phone and they shipped it same day. Part looks and fits great. Well done"
"Exactly what we ordered. Overnight shipped as promised. Would definitely trust to buy from again."
"I received my parts very quickly and they were all in great shape. The only downfall was that I was sent two front passenger struts instead of one driver side and one passenger side. After getting in touch with the correct department they were able to send me the correct part along with a shipping label to return the wrong part that was shipped. Overall, I think that the shipping, customer service, and the parts were all equally fantastic. Buy Auto Parts has a great company from end to end. A+ "
"Parts were good quality for a reasonable price. Only had one issue with a/c kit; had wrong o-ring kit for this car had to find it locally. "
"Matt was informative on helping with my return."
"Matt was such a big help and the moment we got connected, he got the ball rolling on an exchange with no problems. Very easy going staff member and I look forward to continuing my business with Matt and Buy Auto Parts."
"Had to return a part i did not need. Easy, hassle free return!"
