"Our place of business order a drive shaft for a 2006 Toyota Rav4. However after 3 weeks of phone calls the customer became a " No show". Since we really had no use for the drive shaft we decided to return the product. We worked with Robert and the process couldn't have been easier. A return label was emailed immediately and we received our refund within 2 days. Great customer service and return policy which is very important in our business. Thanks Again Robert and staff.
