"I had the misfortune of having a part missing from the package. I called Customer Service and spoke to James. After listing to my problem, he put me on hold to file a claim with carrier. I was offered next day air on the missing part. I understood that a deposit was required until the claim was finalized and would be refunded at that time. He was courteous and prompt with my call. thank you. "

Iran listened to the issue, asked a few questions and even tried to get in touch with my mechanic to resolve the issue.
