"Claudia did a great job addressing my issue with my shipping label and answering my question. I ordered an alternator and found this to be the least expensive option available. Happy to say 3 weeks after installing it, it is working great. The part came on time, well packaged, and new looking even though it was listed as refurbished. "

"Parts on the website are very accurate and delivered item was what the website depicted. Only issue was my oem part was slightly different so I had to return it. Should've checked mine more thoroughly. Only issue I had is just the return process, 1 hr. wait on hold to speak with someone, and cannot get a shipping return label unless you write a review.
