"This morning I ordered a cooling fan assembly for a Mercedes and instead of ordering it off of the website I called customer service. The first representative was great! (Unfortunately I didn't get his name.) He was able to identify the engine code and locate the correct part with just the vin number. The second representative, James, was also amazing. "I purchased a radiator fan for my vehicle, and the fan was significantly cheaper with Buy Auto Parts than any other site. It was delivered, and it fit in my car just like the stock one. I was happy with it until it started to squeal when it ran, and eventually it stopped running, causing my car to overheat. I called Buy Auto Parts, and true to their website, they said that they would send out a replacement. To get it sooner all it would take is a deposit that I would get back when they got the bad fan.
