I called multiple times to check status on an order. I could not get through due to the lack of representatives available. The shortest wait time was 23 callers ahead of me. This part of the business needs a major overhaul.

Hey i had to look or ignition coils for my BMW 325i i paid for 6 for what i would have paid for 2 somewhere else.
I looked at this item and the price was $60 now it is $68, you guys just jack the price up when you want. Not good.
