Was well pleased. They did what I expected and on a timely manor
BP got us in right away and called us next day and told us their recommendations and unfortunately it was expensive, but they gave us a deal because we bought a car there and we always have them to fix our Ford and we trust them.
We had a great experience. Our Lincoln MKZ had an issue with the transmission. The service people quickly diagnosed it and told us how much it would be. The next work day they said they had it ready and it was all under warranty. That’s always good news to hear! Thank you all at a Bob Poynter Ford. Robin and Karyn Evans
Had a dash display go bad. Andrew was helpful, but never updated me on status of $900 instrument panel replacement. Took excessive time to come in... So much so that I bought a used part from EBay for $100 and swapped out the display. Turns out that this display has a big history for failures. Should be a covered repair by Ford.
Amy was courteous and kind and friendly when I walked in the door. It’s like she waiting on me to get there so she could take care of me.
Good service have a issue with back window trying to get Ford to fix service manger is trying to help! This is to nice of a truck to happen I bought it from you about a year ago! The price to fix is 1500.00 that is to much
Everything was great but it would have been nice if you had vacuumed the floors. Even Walmart will vacuum.
