My vehicle at at your dealership for 11 days nobody touched it I was told that all repairs were going to be covered under a Ford factory warrantee due to the power steering failure was then informed that I would have to pay approximately $500 out of pocket to report that we’re not going to be covered actual bill came to over $600 will never go back to Bob Poynter dealerships again

By far the worst service ever. Took my vehicle in to be worked on and they kept at the entire day without even bothering to tell me that they were going to keep it all day and left me without no vehicle and I have an autistic disabled son and I was home with no vehicle to drive and they chose not to call me and inform me of anything that was wrong with my car I finally had to call them the next day at 9 a.m. and asked what was wrong with my car and they still did not know what was wrong with it.
