We were traveling to Nashville from Indy. Had problems with our truck just north of Seymour. Pulled into Bob Poynter Ford about 3:45pm on a Friday. Given that they close about 5pm, I did t know what to expect. I explained our situation. They took our truck in within 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. Had parts on hand and got us fixed up and back on the road. They did a great job with great service!
Overall fine experience, better communication as to when vehicle would be ready.
I think You guys always do a Great Job. Easy to work with as well. But, I am not sure they Check the Oil after they are Done with Service. First time I thought it was just Me. Just Serviced on July 1 and I checked Oil and was a Quart Low. This is the 2nd time this has Happened. My 2005 F150 Pickup Dont use Oil and Dont leak Oil. So how many Quarts of Oil does My Truck Hold?

Easy to schedule appointment. Service tech was waiting on vehicle when I arrived. Work performed efficiently and to my satisfaction. Check out was uncomplicated. Folks were friendly and courteous. Had “The Works” service performed ... good value for the investment. Highly recommend BPF.
