I thought it was a very good experience. I don't buy cars often but I can say I think this was a very good experience. My wife and I both agreed on this as we discussed it later. Both salesmen we spoke with were polite and friendly and informative and VERY HELPFUL. After we had agreed on a price, our salesperson started to inform of about the extended warranty. I have maintained my own cars for 50 years and got most of them to 250K miles without any extended warranty. So my wife and I thought -- "we don't need that". ... read more
Overall did a good job as always. The only thing that appears was missed was lubrication of the steering / front suspension including tie rod ends and ball joints. Not a big deal, I noticed right away and greased them myself. Maybe this was not to be included in the oil change / service.
