My car wasn’t put back together right several gaps in the dash. Asked to fix then I got cuts on my dash and it was still gaping.

We were traveling, far from home and our destination, when we had car trouble that required immediate attention. I googled a Ford dealer and turned back to your dealership. Despite being down 3 mechanics that day, your staff diagnosed our vehicle, called with the results, the cost to repair and a 45 minute time line. All was done as promised and we were on the road again. Your staff were our angels that day. They saved us from the stress of necessary repairs in an unknown area.
In and out quickly with a good used car deal.
They had my car for a week, didn’t call me to tell me what was going on! They said nothing was wrong with my car and they drove it around town (50 miles) in a week to make sure it was okay! Then my rental car was nasty trash left from other person that had it smelled nasty Had mold / dirt all over the roof the out side body work look like a dump there was dents key marks everything! Nasty car I didn’t even go anywhere that week bc the rental car suck so bad! I won’t be going back
Had a recall on my power steering rack and it was not changed.
Was told vehicle had around 20 miles. Had 135 miles on it with heavy scratches in bed. Used for deliveries??

This was a second time for different recalls on my car. Neither experience was good for me. This last one I came in there two weeks prior to my repair to make the appointment. I stood there for some time due to both service people were busy. They both acknowledge my presence so I waited. The young man was on the phone and the young lady was waiting on a customer.
