I brought my Chevy Cruz in for normal upkeep maintenance. A week later, had to bring it back. Now, 2 weeks later there's a loud noise. Every single bolt and screw was in the right place but not tightened (we removed them with our fingers and 1 came right out without turning it)! Which made my belt slap back and forth (the one you had just taken off to repair my water pump). I've never had ONE issue with my car until I brought it to your shop.
They did some repair work to my truck a few years ago. Paint had bad orange peel, there was exposed primer on one of the doors and the bed had cracks in the new paint. I complained and they fixed the exposed primer, but said the rest was from prior damage and did nothing. So my truck looks like crap, even though I paid close to 10k to them for the work. We looked for several weeks a assorted cars at dealers in 3 counties after we told the people at Poynter's what we could afford and what we needed in a car a week later we drove home our new Terrain
