I bought an used car at this chevy dealer store on 2019 and 2020 this year front bumper is hanging down... First I thought someone did hit my car and left w/o a word but later found out they didnt fix broken plastic part on where head light is in and forced to attaching 2 thin metals on there and sold like nothing wrong. How can authentic dealer store do that kinda job? I'm afraid front bumper is gonna falling down completely very soon bc only one plastic side is holding the front bumper atm... Absolutely terrible busy here!! Tried to work with them on a business to business level and they were very shady and not very honest. Spoke with Wayland first then was redirected to a different salesman who gave me the run around I highly recommend steering clear of this lot as they do not want the customer to have options besides what they offer you. Only gave one star because I had to!

We had a recall for my wife’s GMC Terrain. We had previously replaced the part ourselves then got that in the mail. I contacted Bob Poynter last Friday. And they advised me to bring it in and then I would get a refund for the part that I myself had paid for. I took it in and let them know I needed a family vehicle. They put my wife in a Pontiac G6 2 door. Mind you I told them this Friday and they advised me they would have one suitable. I waited a whole day. I purchased a Colorado from them online, they 'delivered' the truck by driving it 350 miles to my house. Next, I noticed a door ding and chipped paint on the driver's side door just after I had signed the paperwork. Less than 800 miles on the truck and it's going in for transmission issues. I haven't even made a payment yet.

Service refused to evaluate a warranty issue because I have aftermarket wheels and tires. So, I am forced to take off work so I can take it to another dealership, which was happy to help.

Don't shop here or any of Bob Poynters other places. They all lie and management does nothing but say sorry. Unacceptable to mess with people lives and think that its ok. 😠

BAIT AND SWITCH Posted a truck online for much less than they would sell it for just to get calls and people in the door. As soon as they feel they have got you, Bam! There was a mistake on the price. It's actually 5,000 more. Here are some other vehicles though! Don't Support People Who Do Things Like This.
