I bought a used Jeep on Jan 1st 2024 from the Seymour lot and absolutely loved. The dealer I was working with was really nice and showed me a lot of things about this jeep. He even showed me that it had a working radio and told me I could play music from it using Spotify and YouTube, too. Well I bought, they washed it and drove it out onto the lot. I bought a used Ford f-250 truck from this dealership. I had the truck for 6 days. It is now in the shop because it won't start. They should have went over any used vehicles before they sale it. So far I have had to fix the AC, replace 2 sensors on the engine, Had to put in all new taillight and headlight bulbs, and all new Tire sensors. I was overly excited to find my dream jeep (2021 Hybrid) at this location. I purchased it in September and it went into the shop in October, the shop at my local dealership. The local dealership has now had it for over 20 days and it still don’t run! This dealership has not returned my calls or even acknowledged my issue. It’s a shame to be treated as I don’t exist. Hopefully others can steer away from dealership as customers obviously don’t matter.
We only went to get a new key made. And that took over a week. Now the battery is dead, the DOOR IS TICKING, and the windows roll themselves down when you turn the car off. Don’t know how they managed to do all of that. And they keep putting us on hold. Very unhappy about our experience with them.
