Onstar repair I had to make an appointment to have my Onstar updated, as Onstar could not find my location and told me I needed to take it to the dealer for a download. This was disappointing as I rely on it for my job. For whatever reason they were unable to do it when I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, or the next day, when I was available. new Chevy Rushed would have liked more time, should have come back the next day would have still bought it from them but would have been able to go over the features and how to operate them and could have received the vehicle clean.
Customer You were able to change my appointment the same day I requested it. I needed to be finished by a certain time because of a doctor appointment and you had me finished in ample time.
