great service I like how they cover the seat with plastic and put paper down on the car floor, but everything was still in the car. It would be nice if they could vacuum it out as part of the service too.
satisfied the experience left me 100% satisfied..everybody was professional but also very personable which made the deal pretty much seamless. My salesman Tim Frederick could not have been better; he covered all the details thoroughly and we were able to complete the deal quickly. In summary the time spent making the purchase went quickly..and since I left feeling I had been treated properly the Bel Air Bob Bell dealership earned my loyalty.
Love having a place I trust. I am a woman, and I like to work on my own car, so I happen to know a fair amount about cars. Unfortunately as I've gotten older freetime to do my own car maintenance/repairs has all but disapeared so I am a regular a Bob Bell. I have never once felt that the service department tried to sell me a product or service that I didn't need. I've always felt like my saftey and wellbeing in my car is what is important to them, it seems like they work on my car like it belongs to friends or family.
Onstar repair I had to make an appointment to have my Onstar updated, as Onstar could not find my location and told me I needed to take it to the dealer for a download. This was disappointing as I rely on it for my job. For whatever reason they were unable to do it when I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, or the next day, when I was available.
